14 mar Återkommande problem med sophantering

Styrelsen vill uppmärksamma er på ett återkommande problem i våra miljöhus: överfulla sopkärl. Den stora mängden sopor gör att de ordinarie tömningarna inte räcker till, varför styrelsen har beslutat att beställa extra tömningar. 

Ökad kostnad för föreningen 

De extra tömningarna innebär en ökad årskostnad på i dagsläget  

41 600 kr för föreningen. Denna typ av ökade driftskostnader påverkar föreningens ekonomi och kommer på sikt bidra till höjda månadsavgifter. 

Hur kan vi tillsammans minska problemen och kostnaderna? 

För att undvika onödiga extratömningar ber vi er att: 

• Pressa ihop soporna innan ni slänger dem, särskilt förpackningar 
• Sortera noggrant enligt skyltningen i miljöhuset. Fel sortering leder till överfulla kärl och kan dessutom ge föreningen straffavgifter 
• Vik ihop kartonger ordentligt så att de inte tar onödig plats 
• Lämna grovsopor på återvinningscentralen, inte i miljöhuset 

Tillsammans kan vi hålla våra miljöhus trevliga, minska kostnaderna och bidra till en mer hållbar förening och miljö.

Recurring issues with waste management 

The board would like to draw your attention to an ongoing issue in our recycling rooms: overflowing waste bins. The large amount of waste means that regular collections are not sufficient, which is why the board has decided to order extra waste collections. 

Increased cost for the association 

These additional collections currently result in an increased annual cost of SEK 41,600 for the association. This type of rising operating cost affects the association’s finances and will, over time, contribute to higher monthly fees. 

How we can reduce the problems and costs together 

To avoid unnecessary extra collections, we kindly ask you to: 

• Compress your garbage before throwing it away, especially packaging 

• Sort your waste carefully according to the signs in the recycling room. Incorrect sorting leads to overflowing bins and may also result in penalty fees for the association 

• Fold cardboard boxes properly so they do not take up unnecessary space 

• Take bulky waste to the recycling center, not to the recycling room 

Together, we can keep our recycling rooms tidy, reduce costs, and contribute to a more sustainable association and environment.
